Hyderabad based game development company 7 Seas Technology Limited has recently launched its free-to-play online gaming portal named onlinerealgames.com.

The portal has been launched with 100 casual games which will be available in different languages. The games will be available in both 2D and 3D animation.

Speaking to AnimationXpress.com, 7 Seas Technology MD L. Maruti Shankar shared, “Our aim to launch this portal is to be one stop shop for all gaming and entertainment needs of an entire family. Few months back we launched the beta version of this portal and have now launched it officially.”

The games for the portal are being developed in house at 7 Seas Technology and are a copyright of the company. The portal is being worked on by 50 artists including game developers, at the state of art development center in Hyderabad.

As there is no subscription to play games on the portal, explaining the revenue model Shankar said, “There is no subscription charge on the portal so, our revenue model works around Online Advertising, licensing of the games to other portals/aggregators, in-game advertising and sales of top games.”

The different categories for games available on the portal are action, Kids Zone, Racing, fashion, shooting, sports, cards and more.

Elaborating on their future plans of the portal, Shankar stated, “Since content is the king, we are planning to add 200-300 in house unique games with unique style of presentation developed by 7Seas. Games will be developed for local language and country specific traditional games to reach wider game players. We are also developing multiplayer games which will be introduced later.”

Broadening the player base being the long term goal 7 Seas plans to accomplish this through tie-ups, acquisition and by providing more Indians the access to online games.

We will continue to add new games and features to ensure the best possible online gaming experience for their loyal player base. It is free from disturbances like pop ups or moving banners and designed in a clearly structured way. Portal also allows a relaxing, pleasurable online gaming experience” Shankar concluded.

Other entertainment features of the portal are free ring tones, radio and free live TV, wall papers, screen savers, chatting and email service. The Portal also offers surprise free gifts for those who excel in online games.

Few games available on the portal are Cricket, Trendy dress, Indian Fashion, Rooster cup, Diamond Valley, Xtreme Drive, Online Sudoku, The fight, Mr. Monkey, Swallow fish amongst others.
